The iBYZNYS online store provides other important services in addition to trading itself. Above all, it is possible to view documents related to business activities. The scope of browsing depends on the assigned right of a specific person (see PROFILE).
  • Orders
    • In this section, you can select a filter that affects the display of orders. Orders can be sorted by:
      • DOCUMENT NUMBERS
      • RECEIPT DATES from - to
      • IMPLEMENTATION DATA from - to
      • STATE OF IMPLEMENTATION
        • - Unrealized
        • - Implemented
        • - All
    • If you have selected an order group to display, call up the selected orders with the SEARCH ORDER button.
    • The list of selected orders is displayed, this list can be sorted, ascending or descending, according to the order number, receipt date, execution date. The execution status of individual orders is color-coded so that you can get a quick overview.
    • After clicking on ORDER NUMBER, it will be displayed in the same format in which it was or will be sent to you. Pressing the ADD TO CART button will insert the items from this order into the SHOPPING CART and update them. This feature will make it easier for you to work with recurring orders. After pressing this button, the SHOPPING CART section will open. Then follow the SHOPPING CART instructions.
  • Delivery notes
    • Here you can choose to display delivery notes, either by delivery note number or by issue date from to. If you have selected a group of delivery notes to display, call up the selected delivery notes with the SEARCH DELIVERY LISTS button. The list of selected delivery notes follows, this list can be sorted, ascending or descending, according to the number of delivery notes or the date of issue. After clicking on the DELIVERY NUMBER, it will be displayed in the same format in which it was or will be sent to you.
  • Invoices
    • In this section, you can specify a filter that affects the display of invoices. Invoices can be sorted by:
      • INVOICE NUMBERS
      • DATE OF PERFORMANCE OF TAXABLE TRANSACTION
      • EXPOSURE DATA
      • MATURITY DATA
      • PAID / UNPAID
    • If you have selected an invoice group to display, call up the selected invoices with the SEARCH INVOICE button.
    • The list of selected invoices is displayed, this list can be sorted, ascending or descending, according to the invoice number, date of issue, date of taxable performance, due date. After clicking on the INVOICE NUMBER, it will be displayed in the same format in which it was or will be sent to you.
